MAY 20 TOPIC: Does the New Normal Have You Feeling Anything But? The Mental Health effects of COVID-19.
Join us for this special presentation about how the COVID-19 crisis (with its isolating effects, constant precautions, added responsibilities, and unknown timeframes) can impact our mental health and the mental health of our children. Moms and Dads are encouraged to attend this special virtual moderated discussion with Dr. Alan Lincoln. Dr. Lincoln will discuss the effects of COVID-19 on our lives as well as suggestions about things you can do if you suspect that you, your child, or someone you know is struggling.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER: Dr. Lincoln, Ph.D., MSCP, BCBA-D
Dr. Lincoln, Ph.D., MSCP, BCBA-D is a professor of clinical psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology as well as the Co-Director of the Neuroscience Institute of Alliant International University Research Foundation. He has worked as a clinician and service provider for ASD children and adults for more than 38 years and has collaborated with several research groups and local universities providing assistance with diagnosis, assessment, behavioral intervention, and psychotherapy with individuals with autism of all ages.

- Join the meeting on Zoom at 6:30 pm. The guest speakers will start shortly after 6:30 pm with a question and answer session at the end.
